Welcome to the NordiCare® family. Right after you and your doctor chose Norditropin®, you should have received a phone call from your NordiCare® Case Manager. This will be your dedicated point of contact who will work to help you throughout your entire Norditropin® experience. Here’s how the process works:

  • You’ll receive a call from your Case Manager to welcome you to the program and review the benefits and resources available to you. If you haven't spoken to your NordiCare® Case Manager yet, please call 888-668-6444 today.
  • You’ll receive an email with a link to your welcome materials. (If you don't receive it, please call.)
  • Your Case Manager will work behind the scenes to coordinate all the details with your insurance company, and will be available to help answer any questions you may have.
  • If your insurance coverage doesn’t kick in right away, your Case Manager may be able to set you up with our JumpStart program to get you started on Norditropin® in the meantime.
  • You’ll receive a Starter Kit including a backpack, storage accessories, and more.

NordiCare® is there for you all along the way. Your Case Manager may be able to help you stay on therapy without interruptions when:

  • You move
  • Your insurance requires reauthorization
  • Your insurance coverage changes

Your NordiCare® Case Manager also keeps your doctor’s office in the know about what’s going on with your insurance coverage and treatment.
